This guarantee follows under the same guidelines as the JEL motors warranty on JEL motors engines.<br>     On all gas engines, if proper maintenance is performed on a JEL motors engine they will last as intended of 4+ gallons of fuel, providing that 'normal common sense' has been applied.<p>     The following will shorten motor life and will <u>Void</u> JEL motors warranty:<li>Damage due to maintenance by anyone other then JEL motors<li>Damage due to over revving<li>Rusted bearings<li>Crash related damage<li>Damage due to not using the recommended fuel and/or glow plugs<li>Damage caused from foreign objects<ul><li type="circle">dirt - (no air cleaner)<li type="circle">broken glow plug<li type="circle">elements from too lean running conditions</ul><li>Damaged caused by incorrect mounting <u>or</u> running conditions<ul>i.e. dust, overheating, dirty or clogged air filter, etc.</ul>Damage due to improper disassembly or reassembly<ul>i.e. removing part while hot and reassembly while cold</ul><li>Modifications of <u>any kind</u><li>Normal engine wear</ul><br>     Nine times out of ten people use incorrect break-in procedures. Which in turn excessively wears around 2 gallons of life out of the motor from the very start.
