- All work conducted by JEL motors is guaranteed for the work that was agreed upon. This guarantee follows under the same guidelines as the JEL motors warranty on JEL motors engines.
- Damage due to maintenance by anyone other then JEL motors
- Damage due to over revving
- Rusted bearings
- Crash related damage
- Damage due to not using the recommended fuel and/or glow plugs
- Damage caused from foreign objects
- dirt - (no air cleaner)
- broken glow plug
- elements from too lean running conditions
- Damaged caused by incorrect mounting or running conditions
- i.e. dust, overheating, dirty or clogged air filter, etc.
- Damage due to improper disassembly or reassembly
- i.e. removing part while hot and reassembly while cold
- Modifications of any kind
- Normal engine wear
On all gas engines, if proper maintenance is performed on a JEL motors engine they will last as intended of 4+ gallons of fuel, providing that 'normal common sense' has been applied.
The following will shorten motor life and will Void JEL motors warranty:
Nine times out of ten people use incorrect break-in procedures. Which in turn excessively wears around 2 gallons of life out of the motor from the very start. JEL motors relieves you from this stress & gives every client a broken-in motor.
When you finally exhaust the engine's lifespan on the last build, feel free to send the engine back to us for a fee for a Rebuild and Break-in!
